Welcome to Common Ground, a service that allows users to book models, studios, photographers, and stylists. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these terms please do not use the Website.

Acceptance of Terms:

By using this Platform, you agree to these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Service Provided:

Common Ground offers a platform for users to book and manage appointments with models, studios, photographers, and stylists. The Website facilitates bookings but does not guarantee the performance or availability of any Provider.

Account Registration:

To use certain features of the Website, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible and liable for any activities or actions under your account, whether you have authorized such activities or actions.

Booking Policy:

• All bookings must be made through the Platform.
• Clients are responsible for verifying the availability and suitability of the Provider before confirming the booking.
• Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate profiles and availability schedules on the Platform.Payment Terms:
• Payment for bookings are made in full at the time of the booking.
• Common Ground may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings, which will be disclosed prior to the final confirmation of any booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Clients may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the start of the booking without penalty.
• If a booking is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the Client will be charged 50% of the total booking fee as a cancellation fee.
• If a Provider cancels within 24 hours of the booking, the Client will receive a full refund, and Common Ground will assist in finding a replacement if requested.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds for cancellations made according to the cancellation policy will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time, except in cases where the Provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.

User Conduct:

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website. You agree not to: info(@)cground.net

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a a person or identity.
• Post, send, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or servers or networks connected to the Website.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

Intellectual Property:

All content and materials on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Common Ground or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without the prior written consent of Common Ground.

Liability:

Common Ground acts as a facilitator between Client and Providers. We do not guarantee the quality of the services provided by any Provider or the outcome of any bookings. Common Ground is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of the booking.

Termination of Access:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Common Ground website at any time for violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or at our sole of discretion.

Modification to Terms:

Common Ground reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide by the modified Terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
